Dish Network or Direct TV

Using Mozilla/4.5 [en] (Win95; I):

I am ready to take the sattelite plunge and am looking for opinions on which one to go with. I like sports but am not willing to pay $160 for one of the pro-packages each season. Which provider should I go with, and which system should I get? I will most likely need two recievers, but could get by with one for a while. Should I buy now or is a lot going to change over the next few months? Thanks for any help.
