Vertical Compression Retrofit?

I know this isn't exactly what you're looking for, but I remember reading a way of manually setting up Vertical Compression on the 200's using the service menu. The link for doing it is on my home computer. It takes you through step by step, but the problem is there isn't any way to save your old settings. So you have to manually switch between the VC parameters when you pop a DVD in and the 4:3 parameters when you want to watch TV again. All in all, it looked like a pain in the ass.

I wish you the best of luck trying to find a true upgrade.
