panasonic a120 vs. k520

Using Mozilla/4.08 [en] (WinNT; U ;Nav):

i ordered the panasonic a120 from 800.com, but they sent me the k520 instead. the two, as far as i can tell, are the same, except that the a120 has a coaxial digital out (the k520 does not) and the k520 has karaoke functions (the a120 does not). so, should i just keep the k520, or are other reasons i should return it and demand the a120?
