Making a convergence grid

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows NT; DigExt):

I own the Toshiba TP50H95 rptv. I want to make a convergence grid on a large sheet of paper to tape to the screen of the tv so I can correct the geometry of the green gun. How far apart should the vertical lines be in inches starting from the center? How far apart should the horizontal lines be in inches starting from the center?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
