BEST 32 Inch TV for < $1000

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.0; Windows 95):

I am looking for info/recommendation towards the best 32 inch tv in this price range. Would like it to have component input, pip is not essential but is a plus, and a semi flat screen. The TV's i am looking at right now are the Panasonic CT-32SF36, Toshiba CZ-32V61, toshiba CN-32V71. Please post with any other ones i should look at and with info\ other recommendations. thanks again for all your help...
