You need a DTV tuner that converts everything to 480p as RGB, probably not the most common set top box that will be sold soon in consumer electronic stores.

(The KL-W9000 will also take S-video with most set top boxes will offer but S-video is interlaced-only)

Resolution wise the KL-W9000 is NTSC quality, 480 scan lines high only. Horizontal resolution through all the electronics is reportedly about 840 max pixels across but so far I measured at best 640 at either 16:9 or 4:3 aspect ratio.
