Information about Grundig GDV-210 DVD player

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; AOL 4.0; Windows 98):

I'm interested in any opinions regarding the Grundig GDV-210 DVD player sold by Dixons. The machine is well equipped with two Scarts, composite video, S-video, two pairs of audio outputs, and both coaxial electrical and optical digital outputs. The case and finish of the machines I've seen were a little shabby though. Is this typical? Any owners like to comment on this and their experiences with the machine. Does anyone know if the GDV-210 is based on a machine from another manufacturer? Lastly, the inevitable question, can it be hacked for multi-region use?
