Your model tp71h95 is listed on the iscan website as a "proven" model that works with the iscan. You just need the VGA to component video adapter that they also sell. There is very little difference in the quality of s-video vs. component on the iscan since the processor within the iscan will separate the colors and output them through the component output on the iscan.
