Using Mozilla/4.7 [en] (Win95; U):

I suggest you have an Authorised Service Representative make a warranty "house call" to align the set. If the set can't be aligned, have it replaced.

HOWEVER, before you make the Service Call, make an assesment of MAGNETIC GENERATORS (i.e. speakers, power transformers, etc.) that may be near the set. Move them away and see if the distortion lessens (or even disappears)..

That's all that immediately comes to mind. :)
