Does Toshiba SD2109 plays Video CDs???

Using Mozilla/4.06 [en] (Win95; U):

Hello, I am planning to buy a DVD player and narrowed down the choice to Panasonic A120 or Toshiba SD2109. I went to both manufacturer's web sites and did a comparision. Unfortunately I couldn't figure out whether Toshiba model plays Video CDs. any help???
