Do sets with greater resolution then, if you will, actually have a better quality picture. That is, if we have two TV sets, all else being equal, would one with 800 "lines of resolution" be preferable to one with 650 "lines of resolution?"

In other words, does this feature actually make a difference (assuming that the manufacturer is being honest)?
