Sound like Dave might be slightly prejudice. I can sell either one and do.
I also did not mention the Samsung has both progressive scan inputs and line doubles NTSC signal from it built-in tuner and s-video or composite inputs. I make more money selling the Toshibas. It is however important to advise people on a site like this honestly. I am not a magazine selling advertisement space to one or the other. I am a video fanatic just as my many customers are. If anyone wants the Toshiba, please contact me I will gladly sell you that set also. However I have seen both and sell both and recommend the Samsung.
