Yup, Echostar (aka DISH network) does
broadcast local stations if you qualify, however, check this link below things might become easier to qualify now that the Senate has passed this bill (see link below). DirectTV also mentions broadcast TV but mentioned it too has
significant restrictions apply. Hopefully it too will not be as significant soon. I think June 30th is the date the bill goes into effect. Jay
