Help in choosing a dvd player!

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows 98):

I am currently shopping for a dvd player and was wondering if anyone could recommend the best player for around 400 dollars... I don't have a decoder/receiver so I would appreciate one that has a DD decoder built-in. Right now i am trying to choose between a Panasonic, Sony, and Toshiba brands... any recommendations would be greatly appreciated...
