32" Television -Cheapest price with Quality

Using Mozilla/4.08 [en] (Win98; U ;Nav):

I'm looking for a cheap 32" television with digital comb filter for the best quality. Could someone recommend a good box. I have been reviewing them all and the sets look the same.

Is there a television that really stands out with quality and price?
