I think you will actually need two pieces of equipment. For the laserdisc player, you will probably need an AC-3 RF decoder, which converts from AC-3 RF to regular AC-3. Then you will need a switch to select between your two AC-3 sources into your receiver. Check this and forum 4 for lots of discussions on different switches, some auto-select the active source, which is the most convenient if you can't do it from remote control.
