I have a MS in Elec Engr and worked at the factory in Pittston, PA that manufactures the glass for Sony tv's. There were 2 custom polishing lines that finished only sony products. They have the best glass with lowest stone count of all manufact's. Just a fact I thought I'd mention. That's why I bought a sony.
