Shawn has you covered on the Blue Book location. I bought my book from a dealer who had bought a new copy - and sold the old one(like new condition 1996 Audio in my case) on the internet auction site eBay. I am pretty sure Shawn bought his copy much the same way. The $90ish dollars I paid for a 1 year old book was a lot better than $180 for new! With dealers ordering their new books, shortly when they receive them you will find the 1997 and 1998 Audio edition books availible as dealers retire them.
