What would you do? Budget System

Hi,
I would like to know some of your opinions on how I should upgrade my current system.

I currently have:

Sony cdp-ce525 5 disc cd changer
Onkyo tx-8511 stereo receiver
Paradigm Titan Speakers on wooden speaker stands
audioquest turquoise interconnect
audioquest type 4 speaker cables

The room is approx. 12.5ft by 14ft
with a budget of about $600-$700
what would you do to upgrade this system? Speakers? Integrated amp? DAC? etc...
