CD changers

I need help with home CD changer selection here. I know I want one with a digital out, and it should hold at least 50 CDs. What I don't know is, will a unit that holds 50 or 100 sound a lot worse than one that only holds 5 (within the same brand, of course)? And I only want to spend around $200, so should I get a Pioneer w/50 or 100 capacity, or say, a Yamaha that only holds 5? Thank you.
