Winter is not a good time to buy used audio equipment as it is to sell used equipment. However a couple placed which come tom mind are rec.audio.marketplace and the eBay auction site. With eBay you tend to pay more as you are bidding against others (great place to sell instead of buy at times) and with rec.audio.marketplace you will have to realize there is a mutual agreement, trust and good faith between both the seller and the buyer.

Naturally the other and most obvious place is a Yamaha dealer who takes trades.
