are the old kenwood amps any good

Using Mozilla/2.0 (Macintosh; I; 68K):

i picked up a kenwood km-207 and kc-208 for a bargin. the thing is rated at 200 watts per side at 8 ohm (so i figure this is a good start)
any1 got an opinion?
