Cable and interconnect recomendations?

Using Mozilla/4.5 [en] (Win95; I):

I am planning to upgrade my current Monster Cable setup with something more on the high end, like Nordost, Or Kimber.
I am using B&W Matrix 805's, and a Yamaha dsp a1 integrated amp, and a Sony 7700 dvd/cd player. Based on this setup, can anyone make some recomendations as to which speaker and interconnet cables are going to make a difference. Thanks for your help!
