Best amp for Sapphire IIIs

Using Mozilla/4.03 [en] (WinNT; I):

Hi, strongly considering ordering Sapphire III and ACI Titan combo. What is recommended amp power rating, and is there a favorite amp to drive these smoothly? Can't quite afford the Conrad Johnson..... Price point would be $800-$1200.
