Congrats on your Nakamichi; it's a sweet deck. I have had good luck with Sony metal tapes. Sorry I can't remember the exact model, but they're not the "CD-it" type. I got them in a 10-pack from J & R Music World about 9 months ago. My price was $23 for a 10-pack of 90-minute tapes. Good luck!
