CD Player Recommendation

Using Mozilla/4.5 [en]C-AtHome0405 (Win98; U):

Hi,

I'm looking for a cd player in the 200-300 dollar range. I have looked at the Onkyo dxc340 and am also considering the Yamaha cd-675 model. Does anyone have any recommendations concerning these models or others? I am replacing my 13 year old model which is sounding somewhat harsh these days.

I have a Onkyo TX-8511 receiver with Polk RT600 speakers.
