Need Help for playing a audio DVD

Using Mozilla/4.04 [en] (Win95; I):

I want to playback audio DVD - DVD Spectacular. What I have is Toshiba DVD ROM and creative 32 sound card.
The DVD ROM is unable to decode & playback ac3 audio streams. Also, the AWE-32 sound card doesn't support playback for signals sampled at 48 khz.

Can somebody tell me what is the minimum additional h/w required [and easily available low cost models for the same] so as to hear audio-DVD Spectacular properly.
