Need a new tuner

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows 98):

I'd appreciate any of your suggestions on tuners in the $300-600 range. I will soon be acquiring Proceed, Theta and NHT for the HT system, yet can't find much information, reviews or input regarding suitable tuners. I listen to FM alot during the day (work at home), so its a key piece.
