Check out Audio By Van Alstine. They offer rebuilds for Dynaco equipment as well as their own stuff. I don't know if he has anything for the Stereo-30 though.

I have several pieces of equipment from AVA. I also rebuild 3 Stereo-70s using advice provided by AVA and the results were astounding.

One warning though...Frank Van Alstine is fiesty!
