Thanks to Alan and all who have responded! Yes, I made a typing error when I first posted-- it is a Stereo 35, not a 30. My father built this system for my grandparents years ago, and not only is it a really nice system, it also carries sentimental value. The condition of the equipment is excellent (the amp and pre-amp still have the original Mullard tubes in them.) I think Id just like to have the amp "freshened-up" with new caps and such. I'm currently looking for a Stereo 70 to tinker with, or maybe a couple of MkIII's. I will follow the tip to AVA, and see what those folks have to say, and keep you posted on the progress.
