Sony CDP-CX90ES vs. CDP-CX333ES

Using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; MSN 2.5; Windows 95):

I have the opportunity to buy either unit at the same price. I know the 90 has a video out to TV that the 333 does not. Likewise the 333 holds 300 vs. 200. Other than a few "bells and whistles" are there any real "audio differences"? Which is the better all around unit?
