The sound is a bit laid back in the upper midrange but the soundstage is deep and imaging is very detailed. I purchased a CA-200 (list $2995) but a CA-100 (list $1595) might be adequate for your Aerius', depending on your listening tastes (if home theater is involved you might lean towards the CA-200). I strongly recommend that you demo whatever you decide first in you home with your system if at all possible so as to avoid any disappointment. Good luck shopping!
